Refund Policy

At CollegeXconnect, we strive to deliver the best learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes a course may not be the right fit. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Refund requests are made within 7 days of purchase
  • Less than 10% of the course content has been completed
  • The course was purchased directly from CollegeXconnect

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Course completion above 10%
  • Requests beyond 7 days of enrollment
  • Courses purchased through third-party platforms
  • Downloaded content and digital materials

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at info@collegexconnect.com
  • Include your registered email and order ID
  • Mention your reason clearly
  • Refunds are reviewed within 3–5 business days

4. Refund Process

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. We do not offer refunds as wallet balance or course credits.

5. Cancellation by CollegeXconnect

If a course is removed or discontinued by us, full refunds will be provided to all enrolled users, regardless of usage.
